I've received the bill but not the gift card... When I called to inquire about it,, I was hung up on 3 times. One guy got mad because I couldn't understand him,, his accent was so heavy.. He put me on hold for 10 mins before hanging up on me.. Due to that experience I closed my account with Best Buy and will be paying my bill in full...
