    As a YouTube TV user, I absolutely hate this TV. It's the most frustrating thing I have in the house. The picture quality is fine the sound is fine but the user interface is horrible. Navigating interface terrible, the actions are slow and you will frequently click on the wrong app which will launch you into that app and you will wait to get there before you can exit out of it. You will choose an app I want to know that the movement was too slow and you clicked on yet another app. Imagine moving your mouse and then it not keeping up with you on the screen. That is what I'm describing. I worked with tech support and we had to do an upgrade, but it did not help. I gave this set a chance and I just can't deal with it. I was surprised that Samsung has such a horrible user interface, but I can't deal with it. Boxing it back up today because I can't imagine how horrible it's going to be in two or three years.. it ain't getting better that's for sure.
