    TV was great. But exactly 2 years and 2 weeks after purchasing and using, with normal use. It doesn’t turn in. Tried some troubleshooting. But the tv just doesn’t receive power.

      Hi Rexy,

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps to address your TV not turning on.

      1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
      2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
      3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it now and use a wall outlet.

      If this does not fix your issue, your TV will need service.

      If your TV is out of the 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, you can locate a service center in your area by following this link:
