Ok picture quality and sound for the price. I caught it on sale only con some tv shows/movies I’m watching the picture does not fit the entire screen for me to enjoy. I tried changing the screen size but it does not allow you to change it . When I checked online through Google looks like it’s a Samsung tv issue

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when you watch movies that have aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen.
By adjusting the aspect ratio, you will get the image to fill the screen. Go to Settings > General > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size
