This tv has never impressed me. Half the time the picture quality is so bad you’d actually question if the resolution is even at 720p vs the claimed 4K. It turns on and off randomly which I hear is a software update issue but the TV claims to be up to date. Can’t have it connected to WiFi because it disconnects itself every time you turn it off. You press a button on the remote and it takes 2-3 seconds for any response (if any) from the TV. Needless to say this is the one product I should have returned but I never got around to it. Samsung doesn’t actually make any good products, so I didn’t know what I was thinking when buying this TV.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 4K TV and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our internal teams.
There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
If your TV is not connected to the internet, you can download the firmware update onto a USB device, and then upload it to your TV. You can find the update here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0053844
To improve response time and optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
