    You get what you pay for in terms of picture quality. This TV has adequate picture quality and it is exactly what I expected. What I did not expect is that at least once a week it loses wireless connection with my router which it then takes 20 mins+ to get it to reconnect. This is extremely frustrating. Additionally, the remote has to be perfectly pointed at the exact spot on the TV for it to work. To add insult to injury, there is a 1 -2 second delay between when your press the remote button and when the TV reacts. My advise is to stay away from this model.

      If you are experiencing issues with the WiFi connection, we suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      For the slow remote response:

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    The TV does the job. The sound is not great, the picture is just okay. You get what you pay for. It was the cheapest "quality" tv on the market for the size I wanted. I also purchased a 65 inch Sony TV and like it much better.

      To help you better enjoy your TV, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to enhance your picture quality and sound.

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the image settings to your taste with additional functions.

      Additionally, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

      Finally, we recommend you ensure your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from there.

    Tv is fine. Picture is good. But every few days the color will look out of whack. Then the tv says it can’t read my Fios and I have to reset it. Meaning re-enter all the WiFi and passwords. Very frustrating. About to return if it keeps up.

    I put it side-by-side with a comparably priced LG. It was markedly less clear of a picture. I know Samsung is a great brand, but they must have farmed out this low priced option to a substandard supplier. Go with the LG for a few dollars more and get a great remote and a much clearer picture.
