    Purchased this TV 4 months ago. Picture quality and brightness are great...sound is a little lower than average, but my main concern is it starts glitching out and turns off on its own every few minutes. Its so upsetting and time consuming to deal with. I do not recommend. I cannot even return it anymore because im outside of my return period. What a waste of money.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly.

      Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it, or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Samsung is committed to providing the best possible product experience, quality, and value.     I bought this 65 inch to replace a 55 inch. I don't know why this TV does not look as good as the one I replaced which was at least 8 years old. Very disappointed in the refresh rate and the brightness of this TV

    I had high expectations from Samsung when buying this TV. But it didn't go quite well. The TV doesn't have good viewing angles. I kinda felt hue on the picture. The overall quality was OK, not too great for the price it is market at.

    Worked well, easy to set up. 44 days after purchase, a line appeared in the middle and about 5 inches of the picture that should be on the far left was also in the middle of the screen. Something is clearly wrong. We will see how a return goes.

    The os is not nearly as good as advertised and we get tiling in neon colors. For a mid level tv I have been very disappointed. We had a tcl tv we bought from you that died after only 1.5 years.

    Very disappointed with the purchase. The TV was delivered to my address three weeks ago. The picture quality was good and the audio was decent but everything stopped working today. I see blank screen when I turn on the TV and it turns off automatically after few seconds. I never thought an item from BestBuy would disappoint me in the very first month of the purchase. Their return policy is not friendly and they won’t even let you replace the defective item anymore.

    I guess for the $ you pay in a good TV

    Is not an expensive TV. We were very happy with the TV at the beginning but withing a few weeks as we watched movies some images were to dark specially if it was a night scene within the movie. But overall I think is a good TV for the price we pay.

    Wifi issues

    Pretty good TV but the network drops every few days so have to reboot the TV in order for the apps to start back working. Dont have that issue with any other device thats are connected wifi that are setting next to the TV.

    TV was openbox and the screen would not turn on. Luckily we had bought protection for it and got to return it.

    Bought this tv for my living room and that was a huge mistake. Apps are super slow to open and this tv is always disconnecting from the internet. I have Amazon fire tvs in my other rooms and the apps dont take long at all to open and their tvs never disconnect from my wifi. This is my last time getting a samsung tv. I should of read the other 1 star reviews.

    The screen quality is good. My complaint is with the performance of navigating the smart applications. Very slow response. I've updated TV firmware, rebooted, checked internet, etc but there is a notable lag navigating the menu.

    This TV is hot garbage. I have only bought Samsung TVs and didn’t think twice about this purchase. I definitely should have. Purchased two weeks ago and the backlight is failing. It is absolutely ridiculous this product is being sold for any price. HDR content from built in Netflix app is terrible even on dynamic picture mode. The whole screen is basically a shadow. My two year old 43” Samsung 6-series has better picture. The remote is almost as bad—the volume runs up over 15 levels like it has a mind of it’s own. Can’t get over how horrendous this is.

    I got disappointed with this TV. I love samsung but the colors are really bad compared to others, sound was poor, only 2 HDMI makes it a problem, it forces you to have or login to your samsung account to use the TV. The remote is like 10 years old from samsung, which is pretty annoying for a smart tv. The operating system is slow and jerky, some times even unresponsive. HDR is just crap, colors and brightness are pointless. Not cheap for what is offers.
