      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your TU7000 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
      4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
      5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

    You can not turn off the Samsung tv plus app. You can not delete the Samsung tv plus app. You can not customize the Samsung tv plus app at all. Every time you turn on your tv, the Samsung tv app immediately starts playing some annoying show, or a music video, or an advertisement. I am going to purchase an Apple TV, which means that the tv actually cost me 179 more. Absolutely stupid.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your thoughts regarding Samsung TV Plus.

      Please know, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, removing the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV plus, follow the steps below:
      1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press the down button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’.
      2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service.
      3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide.

      Alternatively, you can leave TV Plus enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
      1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub
      2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature
      3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App
      4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature

    It’s an alright tv so far. I don’t like that the colors are too dark and you can’t see from the sides but it’s a nice tv overall. Love the apps

    Not back lit enough, dark picture, hard to view some movies. Setting comes from factory maxed out. Not sure I’m gonna keep it.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

    This tv line in general is good, I have five of them throughout my home. This size was faulty though. The power seems to be unstable to the tv so sometimes it's impossible to turn on unless I manually unplug it and then plug it back in. Super annoying and inconvenient since it's mounted.

      1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.

      2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.

      3) Try pressing the TV Power button at the bottom of the TV behind the Samsung logo to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control.

    Sometimes the tv doesn’t work with YouTube. So far I’ve had a couple issues with the volume control. Other than that it’s a decent tv.
