    Bought tv and Samsung sound bar just over a month ago. Soundbar stopped producing sound. Sound bar is crap

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing internet connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.

      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with low volume. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

      Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
      We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
      Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

      You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

    Very dissapointed in this purchase. When I purchased this online to pick up it clearly stated it was an open box in EXCELLENT condition and all original accessories included. Got home opened the box and there is no original stand for the tv. The remote and power cable were also missing.

    I had an horrible 3 month problem with them. I purchased a LG 65”that was a $899.00 tv that was on sale for $499.00 with a two year warranty. Tv stop working for no reason 1/22/2020 I didn’t receive my tv til 5/12/2020! The tv I got was this Samsung 65” that has an terrible picture and has issues with the screen!! I will never buy another Tv from Best Buy EVER!!!

    Sadly, we had the Samsung black screen of death appear on 1/13/22. This was a Christmas gift, and since we were in the return window, I returned it. While it worked it was lovely, though.
