Terrible experience

Came to do the curbside and was told I had to go inside. What’s the point of curbside if I need to go inside?? The associates were extremely rude when I was asking why I had to go in. It’s a big tv....the person looked at me and said here’s your order....as if I was able to pick the tv up myself and take it to my car. Nobody greeted me just overall a terrible experience. Never doing this again.

Bad and weak sound

Screen died after 2 weeks. Avoid these budget TVs

Already needs repairs after 2 weeks of use. Also noticed when it was working, screen would randomly reduce color but would go back to normal if I changed picture mode a couple times and back to setting that was in use.

If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, use the Picture Clarity Settings function to resolve the issue. Awful

I always disconnects from the wifi, I have to completely delete the wifi and reconnect it multiple times before it wirks again. It is so slow to load up any app. It freezes all the time. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing with the TU7000 TV constantly disconnecting from your Wi-fi. Please know we are here to help.
If your Wi-fi continually disconnects, you will need to update the Software on your TV. If you can connect to your Wi-fi, go to Settings>Support> Software Update and update from there.
If you cannot connect your TV to your local Wi-fi, please try connecting via ethernet cable, or you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Don't do it.

First one came with a cracked screen. Second one had power issues and an outdated firmware version that would not update after spending hours on the phone with Samsung tech support. Finally gave up and returned it for an LG.

Dead after 1 month

Contacted the manufacturer they authorized an exchange in my local store at South Bay Boston. Went there they didn’t made the exchange. They refused to do it even with the email from Samsung and they sent all the info to them. Even tho the manager refused to make the exchange. Had to bring the tv home again and contact Samsung. After that they made the exchange. I’ll never buy from you guys.

This is a great TV with great image
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am positively impressed, I know that I should not be because the TV has all the elements that should guarantee a safe purchase decision but I recognize that the price (low) and previous reviews concerned me. After three days of intensive use (thanks Covid for keeping the entire family at home watching TV), I can report that this TV is amazing, a super clear image and an all in one video device with all the apps included and directly managed from the remote control. Some pros: .- Video: let’s do it simple, this TV has all the technology that delivers an out of this world quality imagen: 4K processor (2160p versus the HD1080), Crystal colors displayed and a motion rate 120 for your high-speed programs or movies. .- A simple installation. That includes mounting the stand but also the first connection. This is super important according to the previous reviews and the manufacturer responses, I turned on the TV the first time only after all the connections in the back were done: cable TV box AND Internet through LAN. This allowed me to install the last firmware on the TV (even if I just click yes when the question about check for the last firmware showed on the screen) and I didn’t experience any of the image issues reported. .- Bluetooth enabled features. This is not my first TV with this and I recognize that it’s a must for me. I love being able to directly project on my 65i TV any app from my phone, or just pictures stored in my other android devices Some cons: .- Like in most of the flat TV, the speakers are not delivering the most powerful sound possible. It’s not bad but not the best for a movie, perhaps think about adding a soundbar. This is not exclusive to this TV and I shared this concern with other TVs at home. .- With 2 HDMI connectors, I found that they are already in use with the cable box and the video game console. I understand that some other devices (Apple TV, Roku) are already included as apps but a third connector is always welcomed. .- Despite being connected through LAN, launching Netflix takes a few seconds. Once launched, I didn’t experience any single problem or delay to watch the movies. Finally, I will recommend this TV considering the image quality, the fact that manufacturer warranty will always be there and the fact that the new Series 8 are already in the market sinking the price of the Series 7 (as this) to very accessible levels and one of the best quality-price in the market.

Screen issues

It would bring blueish and reddish textures and also the audio would eventually go out. Had to reboot it every time and then it would happen again the following day. I checked the reviews and found out that I was not the only one having issues with this specific TV. I would recommend to go with a higher version or just a different brand.

Dont use best buy

Defective Product

We researched the issue and even called Samsung support and they advised it would need to be replaced. You can hear sound but the screen is black. If you hold a flashlight to the tv, you can faintly see the picture. Disappointed is an understatement. Trying to get in touch with the Best Buy nearest me to speak to a representative and have been on hold for half an hour.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 UHD TV and for your review. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.
Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.
You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
