    Not as good as a Roku this tv is a pain to setup and also loses it WiFi connection

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

    This TV worked fine for about 3 weeks than it wouldn't change channels or turn off, So I returned the TV

    Buy a budget TV from a different brand

    TV died on me after 7 months. Samsung makes their warranty process as difficult as possible. Bestbuy puts me on eternal hold when trying to setup the return for pickup. Guess I am SOL. I cannot recommend this product to anyone I know, nor will I be recommending any samsung tv to anyone I know after dealing with their warranty department.

    I have been a retailer for over 25 years and I have been trying to get sales tax information to you and I have been very disappointed in your process; No one to tell my what you need, I have sent you everything you want. Talked to the State of Nebraska about if I had the right cert. and they said yes. I need a real person to finish this off and no one can help me.

    I would not buy this as a main tv. It is junk. Problems with the software, connectivity, glitchy, cannot keep up with movements well, takes forever to load anything, etc. I wish I could exchange for another one but outside of that window now. Priced low for a reason. All of the sudden now it will not connect to the WiFi, troubleshooting did not help.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with your TV. A firmware update (1420.0 released on 2/19/21) is available which may help improve your connection.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      The interface issue you are describing may possibly be related to your network connection and quality.
      We suggest you try the following:
      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Your TV also has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again.

    We purchased the tv brand-new, and about two weeks later, the picture went out and the sound still worked. I purchased a geek squad coverage plan and they have some three visits with no repair done yet. It has been about three weeks so far and I am hoping it is repaired soon

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, it is likely one of three potential issues:

      1) A connection issue; is the most common problem with a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    None of the useful functions are available "in the USA" also no record button on remote. Am still having great difficulty streaming xfinity on this tv and tring to get Netflix (which is free in our Comcast plan). Wish I could exchange this television. Other options were out of stock or a long wait for availability when ordered - now I know why.

    This tv is not worth the money, even with a sale price. Bought in November, waited to use it until February since moving and the wifi signal in the TV does not work. Tried contacting Samsung and because the TV has a minor scratch on the screen, it voids the warranty and cannot be fixed. Spend your money on a better TV, don't spend it on this one.

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Purchased this tv and from the start it was defective. The HDMI ports were damaged and I couldn't connect any devices to the TV. Best buy replaced it and when I received the new tv it had the same issue as the first tv.

    I never found this package at my door steps, The delivery people arrived 1 hour 30 mins before the scheduled time of delivery. The delivery people cannot put the customers in pressure for delivering the pacakes, If you want to delivery according to your timings then it does make any sense in giving atomated call beore delivery day.     Only 1 month into having our new tv we are having to use our warranty we bought with the tv to get it replaced as the tv began showing a black screen that just continued to get worse as time went by. We are hoping that this was just a defective tv and our replacement will be a good tv that will last a long time.
