All the other apps are working fine but HBO nope. This is a joke knowing that I paid so much money and the app setup is horrible. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Not worth it

Stopped working

Trying to get Samsung to service it is a hassle. They don’t even call you regarding your appointment. Don’t bother with Samsung. They’re not worth it anymore. My cheap Dynex and Isignia TVs work better than a Samsung.

Every time i turn the tv on, i have to go to wifi settings and forget wifi and reconnect again. It gives me an error of network when every single time i turn the tv on. So literally have to put the password of the wifi all the time. Insane.

Makes grinding noises when projecting dark color. Extremely irritating, it doesn't matter if the picture is nice if you can hear the TV working over your surround sound. I returned two TVs thinking it was broken, nope it's by design.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with your TV screen randomly going blank. There are a number of reasons this may be happening.
• Cable connection problem: Your Samsung Smart TV is likely to have a black screen issue due to the cable connection problem. Loose connections, damaged cables or inactive power sources are the probable cause of the problem on your TV.
• Source issue: Moreover, the issue could be caused by the problems associated with the sources such as DVD player, cable box or other external sources. To find out whether the problem is with the sources, press the Menu button on your remote. If the menu appears on the screen of your TV, then the problem is with the sources.
• Input setting problem: The black screen issue could be due to the inputs setting problem. Your TV might be set on a wrong input. Ensure that your TV is set to the correct input to avoid this issue.
• Firmware update issue: Your TV screen might be having a black display due to the obsolete firmware. The firmware, therefore, needs to be updated to solve this issue.
• Sleep timer/power saver mode: In cases where your TV randomly goes black, the issue could be due to the sleep timer or energy-saving mode being on. Consider turning them off to see whether the problem is solved.
• Hardware failure: Also, your TV might be displaying a black screen due to the hardware failure. This could be a faulty circuit board, faulty TV panel or faulty LED on TV. For this case, you will need to seek for professional service to have your TV fixed.

Disappointed

The machine has been used twice and continues to squeak. We are having a tech come to take a look at it. We will be retuning for a full refund if the issue persist.

TV lasted 4 Days!

Had to have tech come out to say the color board and screen are blown. On a 4 day old TV. So they are fixing after parts come in, another 10 days later. Apps don't work

Slow and laggy tv

Navigating the menu on smart hub and the keyboard were very frustrating due to the sluggish and lagging. My advice is to look at the model # of the TV. If it starts with "MU" then that's the one to buy. Stay away from "TU" models.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your apps not functioning as expected. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Samsung sucks

It’s a product that has many glitches with their apps and it continually freezes and shuts down. I prefer to invest in a Sony product. LG sucks too!

Didn’t realize Best Buy only has a 15 return window which is ridiculous. So now we will deal with manufacturer. Brand new TV and already having issues less than a month.
