      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

    The TV worked great on the first day, the second day the tv picture quality turned blue and pink.

    Samsung dropped the ball on this tv! I have to reset the tv WiFi everyday sometimes twice a day so I added a Ethernet cord

      A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21)

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. Your feedback regarding the brightness of the TV is important to us and will be shared with our product teams. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.

      Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic

      Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption.

      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

      Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.

      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update.

    This tv was a welcome addition to our home. It was very easy to set up though you will need two people to get it out of the box and on to a tv stated. It comes already with Apple TV built in which I thought was spectacular. Also has several other apps already downloaded out of the box and many, many more available for download. There are some neat WiFi channels that Samsung has put together which is also great. The picture and sound quality are simply amazing as well. The only issue that we had was getting the tv to connect to Google Home but did get it eventually to work. Also says it works it Amazon Alexa.

      I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with a slow user interface and volume issues. Please know we are here to help.

      To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

      Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

      In regards to your issue with low volume, one possible cause for this is the source. Some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low.

      Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

      We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

      You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
