      Thank you for sharing your thoughts of the Samsung TU7000 TV. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      Here are some tips to help improve the sharpness.
      1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
      2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
      3) Adjust the cable box or satellite box's video output resolution to 1080i.
      4) Look for a channel that is broadcasting native HD content. For over the air/cable antenna connection, try these steps to find HD channels: Go to Menu>Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      I am very sorry to hear that your apps are not working properly. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.

      If you have an app that is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.

    Voice Guide is Major Annoyance, Picture Is Good

    I like most everything about this tv. Easy to set up, lightweight, good picture, etc. But there are some annoying aspects. That Voice Guide is by far the most annoying feature of any tv I've ever had. I finally figured out how to turn that off. Now I can't get the captions to come on. I've followed every instruction, but no captions. This could be a deal breaker if I don't figure it out. Any help from somebody?
