      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.

      See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer

      If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it.

      - Settings > General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

      Please refer to pages 135 – 140 step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

    Being greeted by Samsung TV was a bit of a first and setting it up with smart things was pretty easy and cool too. Had a little trouble tying in Alexa but eventually got it. Picture quality is amazing, color is amazing and I didn't get a chance to really test out the sound I was using a sound bar to begin with but it transmits sound perfectly so that's a plus. it only has two HDMI ports but I need more than two these days anyway. At the price point and easy to install capability this TV is perfect in every way.

    The Samsung - 65" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV was a fantastic choice for a top-of-the-line quality TV for gaming as well as movie watching. The sound is not too shabby for just TV speakers and the image has never failed me from music videos to the latest gaming releases.

    Received my new 65” 4K last week and had no issues setting up. Downloaded latest software and launched Netflix without any issues. The TV’s remote, while the older style, picked up my cable box without prompting making it a seamless set up. Screen mirroring also worked well and casting items to it was easy. One thing, the picture quality had some weird issue on the first day. I had to unplug it for 45 seconds and plug back in. No issues since then. I would recommend this TV to anyone that wants an easy set up experience. Tizen operating system is super easy to use and I was impressed.
