Augment with ROKU Sounbdar for a bargain delight

Super for watching football and other action sports and events. The speakers are predictably bad, and the Samsung "smart" interface is simply annoying. I solved both problems with a ROKU Soundbar. For about $600 all in, I have a set I know I'll be happy with for years to come.

Samsung, in my opinion, puts out one of the best quality TV's ever. The picture is absolutely amazing especially when you have a full 65" of action right on your wall commanding attention. Love the product and Total Tech team came through exceptionally with installation.

Great Lower End TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's not a high end TV, doesn't have some of the whistles and bells of the upper tier ones (i.e. only has 2 HDMI ports).... however, for the price, it's an excellent choice. The picture quality is really good. I'm not a fan of the Samsung smart tv funtions (don't like it on my other higher end Samsung either), I use Apple TV for the STB, but again, for the price, excellent choice.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its seems that I have to turn up the volume all the way up to hear well when I'm using Hulu on my ps4. Hulu does not work on my TV but luckily I have it installed on my ps4 and the volume works fine. The crystal clear image comes and goes from time to time. Is that the TV or is that the type of movie that we are watching? Is the HD always set up on the TV? Or do I have to turn it on?.

You can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting, and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it is a great purchase for its price, It comes with Apple TV, Amazon and many other apps including the Samsung "cable-like" channels, thin frame and not that deep. The black background and shadows could be darker. Probably I can get better contrast on black if I purchase the 8000 series, but would be considerably more expensive. Sound is ok, maybe because there is interest to sell sound-bars.

While I expected excellent picture quality from Samsung, I was really surprised by how good the sound quality is without an added sound bar. The simple setup of our streaming accounts and user friendly menu saved me from connecting another streaming device. From movies to gaming, this is a great TV for a family of 6 stuck inside.
