Ordered on line the morning I was picking it up curbside. As soon as I texted I was "here" the delivery guys were out within minutes. They were very conscious when loading the TV in the car. Picture is great. Experience was great!

The button randomly broke off for no reason, and since that happened the tv always starts on the Samsung TV app which is absolutely annoying. The tv is VERY slow to load anything. VERY slow starting up. If you just wanna quickly check the news for traffic in the morning, you literally have to turn it on, wait 30 seconds, then you can change the channel. When going through inputs it is slow and laggy. There isnt enough HDMI ports, the bluetooth is slow. Everyhing about this tv is slow. And it has all the built in forced on you "smart" stuff that spies on you in your own home. I hate this tv and everything I have ever owned that is branded Samsung. All just cheap garbage that breaks after a couple years.

Had always heard Samsungs were a nice TV. Enjoyed the Vizio but this is much better. The MENU is a little weird and we are still getting used to it. Love the TV.

I would definitely buy an extended warranty with this TV. As a matter of fact I would buy an extended warranty with any TV. I will not be buying this TV again.

We installed the TV on Saturday morning (2/29) and watched for about an hour without any issues. Once we turned the TV back on at night, there were image delays and a green ghost shadow on all images. It persisted whether we tried cable TV or apps like Amazon Prime or Disney +. We switched our HDMI cord for a new one, but that did not fix the problem. Finally, I reset the TV (which takes a while since you have to re-enter usernames and passwords for all your accounts - Samsung, Amazon, Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The reset fixed the problem, but on Monday morning (about 36 hours later) we turned the TV on and had the same issues again. I'm reaching out to customer support at Samsung, but I'm very hesitant about this TV now.

The color is not has bright, crisp or clear as my older Samsung in my living room. Certain apps like Starz and others tend to not work properly. The speakers location makes the tv very low volume.
