    This was an excellent purchase. The price of the smart televisions was so reasonable. I was excited to be available to afford a such a large size tv. Also the set up was super easy and quick. I am impressed with the nice picture. now it did take a very long time to receive but since it was such a great find I can see why it was out of stock for a week.

    Cannot update on this carryover model

    Spent 4 hours on the phone with overseas support with only frustration as a result. My set was manufactured in 2022 but is a 2020 model and will not auto update or will it allow you to update it via USB to the newest firmware. Tech replaced the main board and the firmware was even older. Still no luck. Support tech whowas talking to the tech andthought he was on a geadset, told him that this model is a careover model from 2920 but had a different chipset and could not be yosated padt the koaded fiemware at the factory. She said Samsung has no solution for this issue and suggested a streaming a streaming device as a workaround

    Great! We love it! Took a little longer than we expected to set it up, I had to make a Samsung account, but after that it’s great! We had a sound-bar on our old tv and we haven’t even hooked it up because the tv speakers are awesome

    Had the tv for little over a year, then the screen went black. Tv had sound in the background. I took it in for a repair in town, and was told it was beyond repair. It was a fault board, which would of cost more than what the tv is worth. Stay away from this tv!.

    Loving my Samsung TV from Best Buy. I bought the same TV from Walmart and it arrived inoperable. Best Buy’s price was less, they delivered and installed expediently, professionally and with subject matter experts who did an outstanding job.

    Color and Picture are all good. However, earlier this year, the screen began splitting, leaving a huge bubble in the center of the TV.

    Universal Remote is not universal. Poor service.

    Universal remote does not control home stereo volume or power. Replaced the home stereo and still does not work. I have spent the last 2 Saturdays with tech support. Last Saturday they promised me a new stereo with HDMI inputs would solve my issue. It was an issue with Denon. I replaced the Denon with a Pioneer stereo. This weekend Samsung techs say it is an issue with Pioneer. They told me to schedule a free home service. After filling out the form on line I was told they could not process it because there was already a request open. Still trying to resolve the issues, but I have already invested over 8 hours and am not getting anywhere.

    Dont buy a samsung tv

    When samsung stole apple's iphone interface maybe they shouldve stole someone's smart tv interface. What a ducking mess jfc how can you be a massive worldwide leader in tech products and hand people that garbage. I dont have time to list the amount of problems this has. Its the dumbest smart tv available i recommend a tcl with built in roku. So yes, i recommend a chinese tv over a samsung. Dont buy a samsung tv you'll be disappointed. Oh i forgot did you like having inputs that arent hdmi? Cuz you only get hdmi with a samsung.

    Had the TV for less than 4 years. Rarely used and it no longer works. Did all of the trouble shooting possible (reset, different power source, etc). Now my $800 tv just flickers when its plugged in. It also had the habit of un-paring with my connected Samsung sound bar.
