It’s a little difficult learning how to navigate it. The remote control I would say is the worst feature of it. You can’t use voice command so you’re continually having to type everything out. In hindsight for the price I should’ve just kept shopping to find a TV with better features.

If you are placing this is a room where there is a lot of light, you may not be able to see darker scenes. However, still great quality for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised that it supports AirPlay and Apple TV apps. So far my only disappointment is, the upper left of the screen seems to have a slightly bright area. I don't notice it on bright images, but when it's a dark background/show, I see it. I've read it may go away. It wasn't bad enough for me to deal with returning it. So far it seems to be improving.

However after a few weeks found that tv has lost a pigment and now a line is showing from left to right on tv. Of course this would show up right after the “15 day return policy”. Called into Samsung and spoke with someone who I could barely understand and someone was suppose to reach out to come make a “repair” to tv. Well it’s been about a week now and still no response.

My only issues are that my cable box remote cannot control the volume for some reason even after setting up the universal remote. Also, I temporarily have the TV set up on a stand and the legs on it are very light, thin plastic that does not seem near are steady as the pedestals they use to come with. Definitely recommend putting it on a wall bracket.

We work long hours and don't watch TV much. When we do have time to watch it we actually enjoy it because of how good the quality of the screen is. We only watch Netflix and YouTube videos on it and it works perfectly for us.

It went into our exercise room so now you feel like you’re in the room with the Peleton (life size) instructor! Super quick WiFi set up. Great!
