We were excited when our 65" UHD TV arrived. Everything works fine but the main issue for us, is the switching between light and darkness on the screen. We have gone to settings several times to adjust this but it returns with every viewing...sigh! Want to love this product too but right now we are on the fence.

Sound could be slightly better over all, but other than that it's terrific. Has everything we need to be able to connect our ps4 and other items. Bluetooth connection works without a hiccup.

Little disappoint in the picture quality as it not as vivid and bright as the tv it replaced. Other than being at an attractive price point there are much better options out there.

Doesn't WOW me...

It's an "ok" television but the picture just doesn't give me that WOW factor. I guess you get what you pay for and I didn't want to pay a whole lot. It does what I need it to but I've seen better just for more money.

I have always went with Samsung TVs and have not been let down yet. I hasn’t originally planned to buy a new tv my 55 Samsung was still working perfectly fine but my sisters tv went out so I figured I would upgrade. I would recommend this tv ! Also got it at a good sales price !

Not What I expected!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I kept looking at reviews and choose this tv and to my disappointment the tv doesn’t have great blacks during dark movies scenes. Even expert reviews had this tv having great black uniformity! The upper corners of my tv have a grayish/white tint during dark scenes (picture attached) just like other reviewers posted! I threw away the box so it looks like I’m stuck with this tv! My 7-year old 51” Samsung Plasma looks way better than the RU7100. It appears I only upgraded in tv size and not picture quality. Hopefully Samsung can rectify the grey/white clouds in the corner of my RU7100!

With the built-in SmartThings functionality, was able to connect the TV to my SmartThings app and program automatic on and off times without the need of adding a SmartThings Hub. The app finds the TV and adds it to your account.

Did a great job in hanging the tv and were very tidy. Gave great instruction for working the different programs. We have bought 5 tv’s this summer and the Geek square installed all of the! They are great!!

Came back to the store to purchase a sound bar because the sound wasn't that good. I wish best buy sold tv stands inside the store. Overall nice product and experience.
