So far, so good! Very happy with the purchase, just wish the "feet" were a center based platform instead to make it easier to find a compatible stand.

Our store experience was great. Our Geek Squad tech (Thomas) made it even GREATER. He arrived on time, went straight to work and completed the task at hand within an hour. GREAT EMPLOYEE!!

This TV was purchased for use on our covered back porch. I was concerned about the potential for glare off the screen. The Best Buy sales staff helped research the different TVs and this one won out.

Decent TV. Work native with Samsung things to control with phone. Vivid picture when not in 4k. Speakers could be better, but most use sound system or soundbar anyway. Lack of available apps compared to Fire TV.

This has been a very good TV and replaced a rather shoddy previous TV that only last a couple of years before it had lighting burnout in 25% of the display.

I bought it as a gift for my husband since his old tv broke down already. His never been much of a techy and wants a newer model kind if person, so this had been a perfect gift for him.

I purchased this tv just get into to the world of 4k and got more than I expected but no complaints from me other than wishing the display could be a little brighter but that's me nitpicking.

My five year old Samsung 55 has a better picture but the sound is better but sometimes it’s really quiet and then really loud so constantly having to change the volume which sometimes gets irritating especially at night

I bought this tv on 12-23-19 I really didn't want to spend $600 but after talking to the salesperson, and seeing the one on display I was hooked. I also took out the repair protection.

This tv was part of the Christmas specials. It’s a 7 series panel and as such isn’t the top of the line by any stretch. However, it’s bright and supports HDR. It’s a great starter TV or a secondary TV, but if you’re looking for the absolute best picture, spend the money on OLED.

I honestly miss this tv i was moving it got broke tried to get it fixed paid for warranty for no reason because it doesn’t work with broke screens

As so many others are stating, I cannot maintain an internet connection to the internet with Wi-Fi or even hard wired with Ethernet. Was able to connect via WiFi during setup, but the following day, no connection. WiFi modem is located next to the TV, so it’s not due to interference. I’ve tried resetting network, resetting modem, resetting Smart Hub, and unplugged TV as others have suggested, none of those worked. Google searches show this is a Samsung issue. Some talk about setting your network to manual setup and entering 8's for your DNS, didn’t work. Retrieved my ISP and DNS #’s for a full manual setup, didn’t work. Got the day off today so I will try to upload any firmware updates to a flash drive and install from there, which others have claimed worked. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my day off. This shouldn't be necessary, as I did have an internet connection during setup. This is my 5th Samsung TV and all others have completed an update upon startup if needed. I always highly recommend Samsung TV's to my friends and didn't even look at other brands while shopping for this one because I like them so much....or should I say "liked". Guess if firmware via thumb drive/USB doesn't work, I'll have to sit on hold with customer service to have them tell me to try everything I've already done. Oh, and guess who threw out the box on day one, since it was garbage day....this non happy customer, that’s who.

This is our first Samsung TV and we are really enjoying it. Set up is easy and since we also got a Samsung power bar, we can control the volume with one remote instead of having to use two.

Bought this with a deal and found that the TV is actually worth it. It includes the smart apps and ca connect online, which allows convenient way to steam the favorite shows.

I enjoy everything about the TV with the exception I have not figured out how to use the TV remote with my Spectrum cable service so I'm using the Spectrum remote for everything,

This is all you need to begin enjoying 4K. You will need a video service or some access to 4K programming for now but this TV is a great buy for someone who just wants to be ready for 4K.

I'm generally not a big fan of smart TVs, but the menu response time is nice and fast. Puts my game console to shame on some of my streaming apps. So far, i'm really enjoying this one.

With advice on a product I was searching for, the associate pointed out the positive aspects of the different brands and helped me select the Samsung smart tv which met all my needs.

The tv aspect works great, the wifi connection is awful. The smart capabilities of this tv still have a long way to go. I’ve bought Samsung for the last few tv’s, I’m starting to wonder if Sony has anything better in the smart section of their tv’s?

Good overall TV for the price. Had a little trouble with some dark scenes in 4K but was able to adjust it in settings. When you buy a new Tv make sure you have enough HDMI connectors.
