only complaint about this tv was the mounting process. seems these tvs have a very unique screw needed to strap the mounting brackets to the tv. I bought to of these and the standard bolts did not fit. this tv is the first time I have very run into this issue.

No shadowing or shading on dark or black screens. Colors are crisp and clear. Sound needs work but that’s normal for slim TVs. Hooked it up to a Sonos beam and it’s perfect!

Yet another excellent Samsung model that is especially impressive in bright light situations! The only wish-list item is that it does not have the mouse-type remote...

This tv is great it has smart capability, plus it has free tv you can watch tv shows without paying a penny it’s pretty cool. I’ve been watching kitchen nightmares episodes.

I have been a customer for over 16 years to Bestbuy and most of the time i am satisfied with the services and products. If i have any questions or concerns they take care right away.

Sales person at store not very good. Couldn’t work checkout well and did not explain the “in wall” installation did not hide wires in the wall! I would have rated this lower but Geek Squad installers were exceptional!! You need to train you retail people!!

I love my tv. I’ve only watch it a few times because everyone else in the house loves it too . You need a big room for it because it takes up half the wall.

Delivery personnel were courteous and placed the box exactly where we wanted it placed. Easy to follow directions and we had our new TV up and running in about 15 minutes.

Samsung has excellent internet capabilities and a fast processor. The price was very competitive and the delivery was smooth!

Amazing value, would give a 10/10 if I could. Easy to plug in HDMI, the TV automatically recognizes cable and BluRay and the universal remote works seamlessly.

I purchased this tv to replace my 50" Vizio that was starting to have glitching problems! The was a great replacement!

I have the 6 series and got a good deal on the 7 series. On the 6 series Samsung remotes is always hard to locate do to the size of the remote. On this 7 series, the buttons on the remote are all clumped together. Cramps my hands or I’m hitting the wrong button.

I feel like there is so much I don't know about this TV, and so much it can do that I am not aware of, or have no idea how to to correctly use some of its functions, and what it is capable of. I usually buy a TV from Best Buy and pay to have the Geek Squad come and connect my TV and connect it to any other devices if applicable. They also tell me exactly how to operate my TV. With the pandemic no one could come and connect or do any of these things to the TV for me. I had to order it and have it delivered. Then I was on my own.

WOW what a TV. really makes the screen POP! I always bought a Samsung product! this brand NEVER let me down! Would only buy Samsung product!

Like everything about this TV. Only thing I wish it came with was longer bolts for the wall mount. Quick trip to store solved that issue though.

Nice resolution. Perfect for games and streaming. Leg stands make it a bit wobbly on a TV stand so it's best to secure with straps to wall or furniture, but I'll be mounting on wall anyway so that won't be an issue much longer. Very happy with the purchase.

This is my 4th Samsung TV, not that I don't still use the other 3. Samsung is the only TV I will buy. I've still got one that is 7 years old and works perfectly!
