However there were NO screws included to attach legs to the TV therefore we tried to contact Best Buy but no response so we had to get the metric size screws at Ace Hardware.

I contacted Samsung and they remotely connected to it and resolved it promptly. Excellent customer service!

It is big, the picture quality is ok, but you really do get what you pay for! We have had issues with the sound - and had to buy a sound bar to solve that issue. And we have issues with the picture pixelating and the sound "skipping" to the point that we have to just turn the tv off and find something else to do. On the advice of a Best Buy employee, we purchased something to give our internet a boost to try and solve that issue, but it didn't - still not sure if the tv or the internet connection is the problem.
