    Very clear with the resolution. They have different settings for what you’re watching which is nice for viewing purposes

    Everything was fined and the tv stop working took it back with no problems in getting a refund back

    tech to adjusted arc today and now soundbar works

    Tech Eric out of Braintree office adjusted arc on tv settings and installed a new sound bar and the sound bar worked!! After 3 techs and a month without sound I was finally able to listen to my tv.

    With the Samsung TV feature, I was able to eliminate the need of a cable box, saving the monthly fee charged by Spectrum.

    I bought a 75 in Samsung. It fit in the space. The volume don't go up past 25 and the volume is very low e0ven for bottom speakers. My echo dot was louder then this tv. Over all good so far.

    The tv itself is solid, but it was difficult to mount to the wall unless you buy a Samsung mount, which means the cost of this tv shoots up $100+. Something to think about before you purchase it.

    Love the Tv and the deal we got for it but it seems like there is something wrong with the sensor for the remote. It is so hard to control.

    This review is not related to the product itself but to the team who sold me the product and lack of knowledge. I purchased a 65 inch Samsung TV on 9/13/19 at the Doral location in Miami, FL. I had a good experience at the store with the representative who seemed knowledgable on the sale, accessories, and overall expenses. I paid a total of $1149 for the TV, cables, mount, warranty, delivery, and installation service by Geek Squad as recommended. Upon the arrival of Geek Squad to my apartment, I was told that two items I had purchased (the in wall power extension and the mount) would not function with the TV I had purchased. Two items in which I had paid $60 for at the store. The Geek Squad representative told me that he luckily had both replacement items with him and that I would have to pay out of pocket for them. I was charged $288 for both items. He told me not to worry, that when I returned the items I had originally purchased, it would "even out the cost". This was obviously false information and what seemed to me as a way to get extra money. I went ahead with the installation because there was nothing I could do at this point and I don't have experience or knowledge in mounting TV's. If I had experience, I would have done it myself but I instead relied on Best Buy, which I now see was a mistake since it cost me an additional $288 for an error that was made by the store. In addition to this, halfway through the installation, after drilling the hole into the wall, the Geek Squad representative stated "it's going to look funny back there but it will still work". Now I am unsure if the installation was done correctly and I am concerned for when I move from this apartment, how de-mounting would work. I obviously will NOT be choosing Geek Squad or best buy to de-mount the TV due to lack of experience on their end. It is very frustrating to make a large purchase such as this one and be told afterwards that what the sale representative sold you was "incorrect" and that you now have to spend an additional almost $300 to get the correct item. Like any other human being, I had to budget and save to purchase this TV which is why on 9/13/19 I went ahead with the purchase. I was not accounting for this extra money which I now have lost, due to the lack of knowledge of your team. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome and experience had with the installation of this TV and I will not recommend this to anyone or utilize Best Buy for any further electronic purchases.
