Thought I was buying a better tv than I did

I own 2 other older Samsung tv’s that have better picture quality thank this new one. Went back a week later to see why my picture quality wasn’t as good as it should be and a new sales person told me I bought a bottom of the line tv. I said why did the other person talk me into a 7 over the 6. Sound have saved money with the 6. Probably had the same picture quality. Disappointed!

I have owned 5 Samsung TV's or varying model and each one has had at least one major problem...panel goes out, lines on screen, panel darkness, motherboard goes out....you name it. In fact one model Samsung I had broke so many times, Best Buy just replaced it with an upgraded model....so again, get the warranty if you truly want a Samsung TV,
