I find the picture and words are not matching up and the picture quality is not as crisp as I envisioned it would be. The sound is just okay, but not terrible. I do wish the remote control had lights.

It is much too dark for any show that isn't brightly lit. I tried adjusting the screen brightness but it did little to no good. It is often out of sync between audio and video sometimes by as much as a second, which is a lot. If I could bring the T.V. back I would. The paperwork said to give it a few weeks to self adjust. By the time you realize it's not going to self adjust, it's too late to return it. If you buy one and it isn't right, don't wait. You'll be stuck with a T.V. you're never going to be happy with.

Looked at it for about a week and knew I had to upgrade the TV. We were replacing a Samsung Plasma TV we enjoyed for many years. Needed to return this 7 series Smart TV and purchased a 65" Samsung Q80r Smart TV that is truly amazing. Maryland
