    The response is very slow and has nothing to do with the internet connection. It feels the processor can't cope. Not what you expect for a "7 generation". Very bad

      Your RU7100 TV comes with Motion Rate 120, a metric that combines the panel’s native refresh rate, image processing, and backlighting technology. This produces a rating that better conveys the TV’s overall motion performance.

      It also comes with Auto Motion Plus, a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images. It does so by taking a 30-fps signal and adding in additional frames to help smooth out any blur or judder between frames – this is called interpolation.

      Here is the step-by-step guide to change Auto Motion Plus settings:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen

      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus
      Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus

      3) Then Select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
      b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used

      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can further access these advanced settings:
      a) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
      b) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off

    I had this TV a month and it is blinking every 15 minutes. I am getting ready to see how the manufacturers warranty is. Not good so far!

    Worst 4K TV On The Market

    DO NOT BUY! Right after turning this lame set on I could see almost 25% of the screen was cloudy and discolored due to the edge-lit technology. Nothing was broken, no settings were changed, its just that BAD. Never buying another crap-oh Samsung again. They are the worst TVs out there. Not worth the bargain prices. Best Buy however allowed me a seamless, easy return after which I immediately bought the wonderful Sony X900F.

    This TV is only 2 years old and already the LED lights are gone. The person that looked at the TV said it will be $500.00 to fix. He said SAMSUNGS are like this. The TV was on sale for a little over $500.00 so why would we get it fixed. TV's should last longer than 2 years.

    I bought this TV about 18 months ago, and rarely use it (maybe a couple movies a month), and the TV somehow has burn-in. There is a large rectangle discoloration in the center of my screen. I've tried different inputs, and the TV's built in apps, but the burn-in is persistent regardless of input/content. This is the last time I'll purchase a Samsung TV.

    Don't buy this TV I bought it works fine except for sports picture gets all fuzzy messed up I'm gonna try and sale this for what ever I can get and find another TV it has settings for fast pace and it's suppose to make it clear but doesn't work oh and the blacks isn't black there's also some type of lines you can see on the screen when it's in a white pic

    So dark I can barely see, when I add brightness it looks like 3d without glases. Also will not up convert my bluray disc it turns dark between frames....did I get a lemon? I was expecting this beautiful picture with bright deep images.

    One and a half years after purchase the TV developed a dark shadow through the middle. Called Samsung and they sent a tech out to look at it (at a charge of $100); only to tell us that it wasn't worth fixing. It would be less expensive to buy another TV. VERY disappointed; and NOT worth the $.

    Not only is the TV but the Best Buy service is horrible don’t even get the geek squad contract it is definitely not worth it you pay $200 for an entire year they don’t answer the telephone number you still have to go into the store to get an appointment I should’ve gone to Branson or somewhere else

    I buy a 65" TV, have it shipped to my house, and the picture is complete crap. A black vertical stripe simply continues to run through my picture. After a $1,200 washer lasted me all of one year, I should have known to simply go to another brand. Never again with SAMSUNG!

    Not a great tv. Low budget so didn’t have high expectations but this tv is pretty poor. Horrible black levels, does not get very bright. Good cheap tv just for a bedroom or spare room but not a staple showcase tv.

    Tech found malfunction on gas dryer

    The technician heard a loud noise when he ran the dryer for that first time. He said it sounded like shoes were in it. He is bringing another new dryer to replace it when my husband returns to Albuquerque in September. Hopefully there’ll be no issues then.

    I ordered brand new tv n in box I got used, old version and with no accessories received tv. I was extremely disappointed called best buy and i was able to replace after one week. extremely disappointing. will never buy from BB
