    You haven’t delivered this purchase. Geek Squad was supposed to come and install on April 1st. But they cancelled the night before. I have rescheduled for April 22nd and I expect delivery/installation then.

    Well sorry but this TV died on me in 10 months of using would not reccomend this or the geek squad protection plan on TVs it's a huge long process that they pull a fast one on u

    Fragile piece of crap. Kids light plastic ball hit it and its got broken 12 inch star pattern in center of screen. Don’t buy Samsung from Best Buy.

    Each time you turn the tv on lost WiFi you need disconnected to the tv reconnect again no good never again buy this

      I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing WiFi connection issue with your RU7100 TV.
      Please try the following self diagnosis test:
      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > General. Then, select Network > Network Status. The network status test will finish and show the status of your network connection. If the test concludes that the unit needs service, please contact us via any of the following options:

    the product was defective and they didn’t want to solve my problem by offering me a new one so that I was satisfied, I had to return it and be without TV!

      Please know that the TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.
