Very noisy sound comes from the tv

It makes so much crackling noise!!! When is on and when it's off!!! This seems to be common with this tv and there's no way to fix it!

Broken in less than 2 years

We took good care of the TV, no crash no nothing, but one day it suddenly went to black screen and can never be turned on any more. Contacted Bestbuy and Samsung but they won't fix it cuz it doesn't have protection plan, and Samsung has to charge $1000 to repaid the screen, which is almost the same price as the TV itself. Took it to the shop and still no luck because they found out is the panel that's broken. Super disappointed, you thought Samsung would be a great brand that can last a long time but it's definitely NOT. Don't buy it!!! You will end up with a 65" black screen useless waste.
