I find the picture dark at times and what's on the TV jitters around on certain shows. Most of the time it's great. The speaker I would really rate 1 because I can not hear it. I have to play it at 100. I hooked it up to my surround sound to be able to hear it which means another remote.

One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

Have to have volume turned up to its highest degree! When I commented to the “geek squad guy” there to set it up his comment was simply ........ that’s what they make soundbars for! Geesh!
