Also the drywall anchors do wonders for up and down and side to side motion, but come clean out of the wall if you pull towards you.. you know, like to move the position of the TV...

Big & Beautiful

The screen is bright and clear and HDR videos in 4K just look gorgeous. 1080p even looks amazing as this TV does a superb job of upscaling it. I did a back and forth with watching Avengers Infinity War on Netflix vs. a Blueray and the 1080p Netflix version paled to the upscaled Blueray version. It does a *nice* job upscaling 1080. I now have the chore of updating my classic DVD collection to Blueray because those old DVDs do not look nice at all on the new screen. The TV tries but ultimately it just looks pixelated, blurry, and faded. I bought a Samsung sound bar to go with this because I thought the internal speakers would be sub-par but the internal speakers do a really good job on their own. For general family use, I think I could have just stuck with the internal speakers. But, the sound bar integration is easy, thorough, and slick and the sound is very nice. It connects optically to the TV and then is in sync. The TV controls the bar. Also, one of the coolest features of the TV is its ability to control set-top devices, like the Amazon Fire TV, through HDMI. It automatically detected the Fire TV and will control it through the TV remote. I no longer need the Amazon remote. You lose the "Alexa in the remote" functionality but I didn't use that anyway. Having a tiny single remote is a nice change. For those who do home automation, the TV automatically shows up in your SmartThings app and your phone can control the TV and it available for general Alexa use like 'Alexa, turn off the Big TV."

This mainly occurred furring streaming which is the only way we watch.

The TV would have been great but for the treatment

I was treated awfully in store, badly online and rudely for hours on the phone. Now I own a TV without feet with feet added from Walmart. I would rather buy a piece of trash for too much from there, from now on than a piece of gold from you. My time and my consumer dollars were wasted by a company that doesn’t value its’ customers. I would recommend that the manufacturer never put their product into such an abomination of a retailer.

Great for 4 days and then downhill

The next day the tv started rebooting every thirty seconds. Reached out to Samsung support and they suggested resetting the tv back to factory settings. Did that and tried to run setup from scratch. Would get to the second screen and would then get back n the endless loop of rebooting again. Returned the tv and will try with a different Samsung model to see if I have better luck.

Piece of crap!!!

I’ve had this tv for a little over a year and a half and the picture is getting dark and distorted. I’ve tried adjusting the picture as many ways as I can think of. I’ve also looked at other videos online and tried the ways suggested multiple times and nothing ever helps. Of course just after the year warranty runs out I start having these problems. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone and I won’t be buying any other Samsung products ever again!

Broken in less than a year

It keeps turning on and off and will not stop. Burst buy will not return the tv and now we are out a thousand dollars. Would not recommend

TV Died after 2 Years; Out of Warranty

TV is stuck in a constant reboot anytime it's plugged in. Samsung doesn't care and wants $200 + parts and labor. A TV this expensive and it completely dies after 2 years. Unacceptable... I've owned a dozen TVs, even worked in BB Home Theater, and I've never seen a something of this "quality" die like this and the customer was left high and dry. Buy another manufacturer

Was great while it lasted

Stuck in a perpetual powercycle loop. Looked it up, turns out it is a very common issue for this TV, one that Samsung apparently has no fix for. I reached out to customer service and still have yet to hear back. I am so far beyond frustrated that I now own this $900 lemon.

Mislead

Samsung 65 in tv

We bought one and it broke within the first year. Dealing with Samsung for a replacement was a nightmare. Their methods are ancient and you get a million different answers. Love Samsung products but the warranty issue made me say never again.
