    Got this tv November 19 2019 already messed up. Turns off and on continuously wont stop! I expect more out of a tv then that. Not happy at all! Sometimes the sound changes gets weird sounding. turn it off turn back on usually fixes that. Get on line want you to go into settings well cant. It just keeps turning off and on.

    TV Failed to connect to internet.After power outage. Bought 8/17/2020 Customer service was a run around for days through the Philippines. TV not returnable. 60 days 10/16/2020. Customer support stated change all your passwords to connect. Smart TV not so smart. Samsung shame on you.

    This TV works depending on your cable company 4K, I bought this TV for over $1700.00, 2 years ago I’m stuck with it now it sucks! Dark screen cannot be adjusted, save your money, BEST BUY BUYS DEFECTIVE TVS THAT ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONTINUED AND RESELLS THEM TO CONSUMERS!!!!

      The RU800 Series was launched in Spring 2019, and thus could not be the TV you are reviewing that you bought 2 years ago.

    TV lasted less than three years. Screen went black and will not turn on. TV was very well taken care of. Do not recommend at all and will not purchase Samsung again.

    Samsung going down hill, not what they used to be!

    The Samsung LED TVs all have a bad capacitor, it will die within 3 years. Do not buy, or at least pay the extra $$ for the extended warranty. Samsung will do nothing for you. Horrible TV for what you pay for.
