Very disconcerting. Will never buy such a sensitive product. Another Samsung went out on me after 1-1/2 year. No more Samsungs for me. Sticking with LG OLED and Sony.

Settings are more manageable and the apps are very easily available with an option to add more to choose from.

Sales person was really helpful and convinced me to get the 8series. You have to be watching a 4K show or movie to really notice a difference but you definitely can see the difference when you do!

The brightness was horrible. there were shadows from the graininess in the pixels. I would NOT recommend this TV. Samsung is known for good quality TV's. It has only 2 HDMI ports. You need at least 3 most times. Cable HDMI, ROKU or Firestick HDMI, and your Blue Ray player. It was a really good deal, But reality, you get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap for a Tv should say it all. We returned it and spent $250 More for a Samsung 65 inch and it's AWESOME! Beautiful Picture in 4K. 4 HDMI ports. We had called our cable service to come out to see WHY our NEW TV had such bad picture Quality. It wasn't the Cable service it was the TV! This TV is a series 6, replaced with a series 8. Big / HUGE Difference in Picture quality!
