I have a variety of expensive and inexpensive Samsung TV's recently purchased. This TV looks great and does the job. I had concerns given the expert reviews but this is a quality tv with a great image at a perfect price. Plus, Samsung support is awesome. I had an issue with a remote recently and they didn't hesitate to send me a new one right away- no questions asked.

Picture is stunning, and navigating around is fairly intuitive.

But the weird little remote is NOT intuitive; we have our cable remote, so not really a problem, but wouldn't want to have to depend on the Samsung remote. Sound is good but not great. The legs are really cheap plastic, and there is no adjustment, so it is difficult to angle the TV on an entertainment unit. We've only had it a month. We had 2 Samsung Smart TVs previously, and 1 is great & the other lost its picture after 2.5 yrs. Now we get the Geek Squad service agreement.

Our last Samsung lasted for about 15 years so we went with another one this time. We tried to find a regular tv that wasn’t a smart tv in a 65 inch and couldn’t so my husband is learning to navigate in new waters. The remote is a little challenging for him. The store staff was very helpful and patient while educating us on the beer options.

The picture is stunning and the connection to our wifi is exceptional. My husband complained about the small remote, but I quite like it. Very minimalistic and easy to use. Also a cool feature is ambient mode where you can connect and pick pictures from your smartphone and have them on your tv as a sort of screen saver. Cool for parties!

Clarity of the images and video are clear and sharp. I got a smart TV so I don’t have to have multiple controllers and devices now I have just one of each, TV and remote. Has all you need to get your shows streaming. Don’t have cable but have internet access so just streaming away with all the apps it carries.

My previous TV before buying this Samsung was an LG (bought on sale of course). I've always thought that the colors on LG's are more vibrant. Let me tell you, I got talked into spending about $200 more on this model than the model I was considering, and I'm sooooo glad that I made this purchase. My last TV was also a smart tv, however, the Samsung brand functions soooo much better for all the smart functions that I use. I use several streaming services (currently using Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + and HBOMax) and I have never had an issue setting up any of them. In fact most of those came pre-setup on the TV already. This Samsung also connects seamlessly to the internet when I want. (my previous LG had issues with this). Regarding picture quality and sound, the picture is bright, vibrant and with lots of depth. Sound is also excellent. I also went for a 65" screen, which makes everything seem like I am right there (our TV is approximately 11 feet away from our seating). All in all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend this model and the Samsung brand for smart TV's !!
