Geek Squad team Ceaser and Joey were extremely professional and quick installing the wall mounted television, with preexisting auxiliary Bose sound equipment. Also helped with relocating and setting up previous 2 smaller smart televisions to 2 other rooms. Can't thank them enough!

Samsung TV setup not as easy as promoted

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.72 inch Samsung TV - had trouble with setup between Comcast and Samsung, each blaming each other for the fact that each remote does not completely pair with the TV. I still need to use 2 remotes to operate the TV - one for cable shows and one for regular TV channels. Took many phone calls to both Samsung and Comcast, including returning remotes twice to Comcast to try to figure it out. Samsung tech support was responsive but could only blame Comcast.
