Overall it's a great size and good picture for an entry level 4k model. Sometimes we have a few sketchy pixels... Of course right after the return date. The user interface is kind of annoying compared to others but isn't hard to use. Overall LG is a better option and I'm happier with my 4K LG.

Bought this as a gift for my father in law. This series of Samsung isn't that bad. I purchases a Samsung a few years back from the same series and the smart features weren't nearly as good as this unit. Make sure to use your smart phone for the setup, it will save you a bunch of headaches.

We up graded from a fifty five inch. The quality is about the same. It is not one of those crystal clear pictures. The good part is that we were able to use the same wall mount because for Samsung tv’s there is not a one size fits all and that can be costly. Over all, it gets the job done.

Great Picture but you may need a sound system to really appreciate it .

Overall everything was great. From the purchase on line to the delivery. The two that delivered and set- up my TV (geek squad) were perfect. Very professional, explained everything to me, This was my second TV purchase from Best Buy. Both experiences were great. Thank you.

Works fine, but not happy that I can't get a headset to work right on this TV. I get different answers from the Best Buy TV sales people and Samsung online Techs. I'm told by one Best Buy TV person that the built-in Bluetooth isn't designed to work with a headset and one Samsung Tech said the same thing. I tried 5 different headsets on this TV and the sound keeps breaking up even though I'm only 14ft away from the TV with no obstructions. I've had many different answers to this problem and I finally had to return every headset. I truly regret buying this TV. I bought a 65" Samsung in December of 2019 and it worked fine with the headset up until September of 2020. Then the headset stopped working and my DVD/VCR started saying all my DVD's and VHS tapes were Copyrighted and would not play because HDMI fail with TV. Could not get Samsung to be of much help or Best Buy, so I bought a new 65" Samsung and now still have trouble to get a headset to work. I refuse to pay $150 for a tech to come out to do a set up and check it out. So, I'm not happy with Best Buy or Samsung.

Your people in Norwalk, they are not professional, they lied and in particular the vender called zen was a bad irresponsible and horrible none-Professional. I had a very bad indeed to deal with bestbuy, I do not know if I ever go back to bestbuy. Horrible, horrible you are as business peopke

The sound bar made this a great purchase. I'd recommend adding it.

TV works great! Better picture then what we had with the Sharp tv.

Best TV I have ever purchased. The 4K is amazingly clear and bright. The TV is slim and not heavy allowing for easy setup. The ability to download apps straight to the TV is very useful. Great for gaming, netflix or anything! Not too expensive and very much worth the price.

It's "good". I wouldn't say great but we do like the TV. My largest complaint is the "smart hub" of the Samsung. Some of the apps work great and some do not. I have issues at times with Discovery + and others just not loading but others load just fine and fast. Not certain what it is. Called Samsung and that was of no real help.
