    Standard Samsung quality and performance. Works as expected and love having all the new Operating system that has all of the streaming apps now. Replaced 60" older Samsung model that would of course never see a software upgrade capable of loading any of the new streaming apps.

    Needed a new TV and went to the Best Buy in West Columbia/Lexington. The Associates were excellent, asked what my needs were for the TV and showed me several options. Check out was fast and easy to apply for hte Best Buy card. Everyone was very knowledgeable.

    This TV has great Audio and Video Quality. 4K is a treat to watch. Absolutely no complains when it comes to that. The problems start with The Interface and the compatibility with Google devices. The interface is very slow to load and has heavy lag which I do not expect when I am paying close to $900. Be sure you are buying this TV with the fully compatible devices or you are in for a lot of ease-of-use issues. Also, it is advertised as compatible with google assistant but beware that it will only work with assistant with limited functionality. You want the full benefits, you need Alexa or Bixby. As for the compatibility with my phone, that sucks too. I will probably end up buying Chromecast to have full feature functionality of the TV. And 4k Chromecast is another $80 bucks or so.

      Thank you for your purchase and review of TU8000 4K Smart TV.
      I am very sorry for the inconvenience of the built-in Google Assistant not being currently available.
      Samsung is working with Google to bring it to our 2020 TVs via an over-the-network update.

      Alternatively, you can sync your TU8000 TV with Google Home, and enjoy the convenience of using voice commands for certain functionalities, such as power on/off, volume up/down, channel change, input source change, and playback control.

      Here is a step-by-step guide for syncing with Google Home:
      Make sure you have the SmartThings app on your mobile device. Add your TV device to the SmartThings app.

      Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app.

      Select the Add button. On the next screen select Set Up Device.

      Press on the text under the title Works with Google. Here you will see a list of accounts. Scroll down until you see SmartThings and select it or search SmartThings by pressing the search icon in the top right-hand corner.

      Once you have selected SmartThings , press the “Sign in with Samsung Account”’ and use the same Samsung Account which you used to sign in on the SmartThings app on your mobile, the TV will be added automatically.

    Overall satisfied. But I am a little disappointed in the picture quality. I’ve tried to set it to improve, but nothing seems to help. Also, remote is plain and simple, but maybe to simple. I don’t know which buttons do what to navigate through the options and back without some issues.

    This television has a beautiful screen and seems to function properly. My family does not use ALL of the features this smart TV has, but what we do use seems to work flawlessly. We have two Samsung televisions in our home and love them both. Thanks Samsung!!

    Overall experience was very good. Had a little problem getting help. The person seemed new so couldn't help me much about the tv. But my overall past and present experiences have been very good. I did not like the fact that when I logged into Samsung to register the tv. They push me to log in to Google or Facebook.
