Great picture quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When our three-year old Visio died in early July there was no option about whether to get a new tv. We only have one and didn’t want to be without. We did the research and made an appointment at Best Buy to see our top choices. The picture quality and ease of use, combined with a great price made it and easy choice.

Really good tv at great price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incredibly easy set up. Love the new stand installation; done in 30 seconds. Picture is fabulous. Sound — meh. Had to spring for a sound bar, but that’s kind of par for the course with these tv’s. Now if the glue holding the backlight covers in place doesn’t dry up and cause them to fall off leading to the 5-year old predecessor Samsung to burst into flames, I’ll be very satisfied.

Great Value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this tv. Great picture. Easy to setup. Also was very easy to hook up my Samsung q60T sound bar. Was plug and play. TV has a lot of built-in apps. Remote is small and easy to navigate. Also love the app for your phone which allows you to ontrol the TV. All in all a great TV for the price.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replacing for my 2015 49’ Samsung UN Smart series. This is a Good Tv for the price and size , still testing specs for gaming. For regular cable tv the quality is just ok due to cable not being hd and 4K . Some had channels look very good while others bad. When watching 4K and movies the colors are bright and the image settings can be changed easily so in my opinion it looks great. I was considering buying a Qled but comparing this one to a qled is not really necessary the splurge since I can change the image and put brighter colors if needed . I Like the variety of apps provided and the SmartThings connections , it was easy to set up the first time with the app in my phone. The 65’ looks really big in my living room I thought it was 75’ ! Overall if you want a budget tv that has great specs this Tv is great .

Good TV at a Good Price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has a very good picture and I am very happy with it. It does come with a very cheesy small remote and I think it worthless. I use a Logitech remote to control the TV. We actually did not like the "weird" Soap Opera effect that it came as default. Once we change the setting to turn off "Auto Motion Plus" we were very happy. That is awful and should not come as default. That should be OFF as default.

Best Bang for the Buck By Far
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best bang for the buck for my 65 year old eyes. This is a fantastic television and with the 4K technology, it is sharp, clear and simply beautiful. The Smart Tizen platform is easy to use (I’m usually using ROKU on a few other TVs in our home) but this platform is just as easy to use. I use Alexa (from my Amazon Prime subscription) so voice commands are easy and provide quick searches for movies, sports, etc. across all our subscriptions (I use HULU Live, Amazon Prime & Netflix Prime and also have a “free” HBO Max thru our AT&T so we are definitely covered). All of these are easy within quick reach with the Smart Tizen layout. I just couldn’t see (pardon the pun) spending the exorbitant extra $ to go with OLED/QLED when again, for my aging eyes, this Class 8 Series LED 4K UHD is all that we will ever need. Check it out and compare for yourself (not just the picture but the price tag). You won’t be disappointed with this awesome Samsung 65” Class 8 Crystal UHD (lightweight too by the way, with very easy setup).

Nice TV for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice TV for the price. We have four Samsung TVs and this one has a better picture than our older Samsung TVs. The smart TV is nice and you can look things up on the internet. The TV control has not changed over the years and it is a little complicated for someone who has never used it before.

Honest BestBuy Employee Feedback
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I appreciated the BestBuy employee giving honest feedback to my questions comparing two Samsung models. Employee also pointed out the difference in the number of HDMI connections quoting several specs of both models. He said we have a lot of people ask these questions and was correct when he looked it up online. For what I needed and from the questions I was asking, the employee said the less expensive model would make such a huge difference based on what we where upgrading from with our current TV that I could go with that one and would see a big improvement. That was surprisingly honest and helpful. I will say ... I went with the more expensive model because it has the old style RCA/video jacks so it was easy to hook up old school tech. Picture is outstanding! Unbelievable. WiFi is fantastic. Disney+, NetFlix & Prime baked in as apps. I can easily mirror other apps from my phone. Very happy with the entire process from BestBuy app, in store conversations, in app purchase.

Buying A TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My original television just quit working. It was quite frustrating to say the least so I began to research new televisions for purchase. I have always loved Samsung, but my SO decided our last TV would be a different brand *cough Hisense *cough and we bought that. Well, two years later, it just completely died and I put my foot down, we were going to spend a bit more money to get a great TV. We did our research for over a month and we kept coming back to Samsung (of course!) and we finally decided! We went to our closest Best Buy and even though their store was closed because of COVID-19, the staff was extremely helpful and took care of us. We got free delivery and it was contactless and the driver was sure to keep us updated on his arrival to make sure we were available for the delivery. We also bought the 2 year protection plan as well. Great experience!

Great t.v.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture on these t.v.s is great for the price. There are plenty of HDMI ports and the smart features work seamlessly. It is simple to use the screen mirror feature. I was only slightly disappointed with the smart remote...it wouldn’t pair with my Tivo OTA but worked fine on my receiver, etc.

Covid TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love the TV purchased it in middle of Covid. We put it above the fireplace and it's the perfect size with slight tilted bracket attached to the wall. Purchased the sound bar and has a great base sound.TV also has the scenery picture displayed which adds to the decor. Makes "stay at home"enjoyable!!

Excellent Smart TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to buy a bigger screen TV for my bedroom and this was a perfect fit. Clear picture, very easy setup (like clockwork) and easy to install. Has all the bells and whistles. 9 Series is still infinitely better picture than 8 Series but for the $750 price tag you are getting an amazing TV for the price.

Senior friendly
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to install, which was a very good feature. I am in my 70's and not comfortable with technology. The picture is so clear it almost feels like you can step into the movies. I waited a year to decide to buy a new tv, and this one has met all my expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Great tv for the money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m really happy with the picture quality.I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing,so I n we this would be best bang for your buck.If you don’t want to go up in price for the qled entry level, then this is the tv for you.I’m not a big fan of the remote, but that’s my only gripe.

Not a Tizen Fan
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first smart 4K tv, so it is definately a huge step up from 1080p. I don't know why a couple of the top consumer review sites scored this tv as low as they did. As many other reviewers have stated, it has a very nice picture. Not as nice as Qled or Oled tv's but you have to consider the price difference.I watch quite a bit of old shows and it does a pretty nice job of upscaling both color and black and white content. I really don't care for the Tizen operating system. There are apps you can't uninstall and I can't get the ones I use the most reorderd. I also have no use for the Samsung TV Plus channels and would like to uninstall but it is baked into the system . The voice assistant is ok, I don't use it much though. I really would of preffered a Roku TV, but they are made by what I consider less reliable brands so I have ordered a Roku Streaming Stick +. At least with the Roku I will have what I want and nothing more in my apps list, laid out in what order I want.Another plus with the Roku is they have the Peacock app which Samsung does not have yet. Even with what complaints I have, I still would recommend this TV - It has a nice picture and the remote is alot more simple to use. I did forget to mention I have had issues with sound synch issues in the Youtube app when I pause it for any length of time and then hit start again. I have to close then reopen it and alls well again.

Excellent TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has a great picture, was easy to set up. I bought two of them. My father lives in Florida and loves this TV. He recommended it. I was watching this TV to see if the price went down. This was an excellent price. I received my TV May 25, 2020. Based on reviews and recommendations, I'm very happy with it.

Samsung 4k 65"
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I went to Best Buy and spoke with an associate they recommended this TV. But it took me a long time to buy it since Best Buy has so many Samsung and LG TV's to pick from. I thought about spending a little more and getting a better TV. Then spending a little more and getting a good mid-range. And that kept up until I was looking at the $3-$4k TV's. I already have a good TV for the great room and this TV was just for the bedroom. With all the good reviews and the fact that this wasn't going to be my main TV I decided to take a leap of faith on Samsung's entry level TV. I'm glad I did. This is a really good TV. Exactly what I was looking for and I'd buy it again if needed. I saw a few bad reviews but that didn't phase me. There are some individuals out there that think they can buy a $2-$4K TV for $750. They may complain about the picture quality. But I think for what I paid this is an excellent TV.
