I bought two of these for a couple bedrooms. They work great, I only stream from the internet using apps. The response time is good, very little lag waiting for things to load. We are very happy with these sets

Beautiful and affordable T.V. Unfortunately the Philo subscription/charge that was added to the receipt that i had to contest at my bank and end up cancelling my card, gave me a bad taste in my mouth. 3 STARS!!!!

Quick transaction and delivery service was great. Had to swap out the initial mount which caused a schedule change. Delivery guy's made special trip following day to complete installation.

I purchased this TV for my mother. She absolutely loves her new TV. I almost cant pull her away from the TV. she now has access to her apps, and has downloaded Netflix directly from the TV. Very happy customer!

A really great television set, the speakers are amazing! I upgraded from a class 7 to class 8 for the more east heroically pleasing remote and I’m so glad I did. The whole TV is much better!

Close caption a little cumbersome to turn on and off. Would be nice to be able to hide unwanted channels. Control a little difficult to see because of small size and all black. Otherwise a great TV.

Pick-up time was faster than I expected. Walked in and had front door person greet me and had my package to me quickly with no problems at all. I have had excellent knowledgeable service from day one.

I love Samsung TV's ! I had a problem about 8 years ago on an older flat screen, they came right to the house and fixed it! Didn't cost a dime! Lol, this flat screens alot bigger. No problems!

It's a great TV and we are very satisfied! Just the Prime app doesn't work sometimes... not sure if this is due to Prime Network or because TV was considered in good condition. But overall, we are very pleased

I ended up returning this tv. The picture was not good at all. It also had a backlight issue where it would be lighter in the corners. Almost looked like a flashlight shining through the corners. When I returned this the associate was not surprised that it was being returned. I had a 6 series and the picture was way better than this model. I ended up getting a q70r and it is amazing. If you are able to pass the crystal led series and try and jump up to the qled series. I am very happy now.

My Samsung tv went out that I purchased in 2012. I did not want to part ways but I have to say the new Samsung tv is the best purchase yet. The tv have so many gadgets and amenities!!!

Samsung did great in making this tv. Overall out of all brands by far the best. Only thing the tv speakers aren’t great. So you will need to buy a surround system if you decide to put in a larger room.

This is a great tv for the money. Many available adjustment features. Extremely easy to set up. Generic legs work perfectly to make it fit on my smaller tv table. I would purchase it again.

I loved the tv is was definitely worth the wait, has lots of cool features including The built in Alexa which is very convient. Great for the price I’m very please with my purchase 10/10 recommend!!

I love Samsung and they’ve never let me down. This TV so far is amazing of course I’ve only had it for a month. However my other Samsung I’ve had it for at least six years and it’s still going strong.

The guys worked very hard to get me the best equipment for the money I had. The install crew was about the best installers I have ever delt with. they hours making my wall mount as clean as possible

John who installed our ring system was fantastic. He explained everything to us and we felt confident about how this system works. You need to hire more Service folks like John!

I mean it's ok when it works. I bought this and the warranty (thank god) because after having the TV for less than 2 weeks it wouldn't turn on anymore. We called geek squad and they said oh bring it to the store and we will exchange it, but the minute they saw in store we had the warranty they decided to ship the TV off for repairs instead. So the tv has been gone longer than we've had it at home. We still haven't received it back, so hopefully after the repairs we won't have a problem again.... our Vizio never gave us any issues...just sayin.. anyways hopes this helps someone.

We own 3 Samsung TV’s all of excellent quality. We have supported this brand for year and have never regretted it. We purchased all three from Best Buy, great pricing and excellent service.
