Great tv bad WiFi reception

I had to move my router closer (5 ft) at home so I can connect the WiFi on my tv. It doesn’t happened to my old tv. Anyway now it’s great with the enormous screen.

I am very sorry that you are having some Wi-Fi connection issues.
You may want to go through these steps:
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

The 3rd party company "Tech2Call" who installed the tv was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable which made my learning experience seamless.

Sound after changing channels was delayed by about 80 seconds. Technicians have improved the sound delay to approximately 40 seconds. Sound still a problem on most channels.

The TU8 series features integrated 20W, 20 CH Dolby speakers and supports Dolby Digital Plus to optimize your entertainment experience with enhanced sound richness and clarity.
Select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences.
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings.
Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings. Select Sound, and then select Expert Settings.

Great TV for the price

Good but could have been better

The remote would be inconsistent at times. No real directions with product. Too much signing in to use voice control.

1) There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
2) You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance by running the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
3) The Full Manual is available directly on your TV at: Settings > Support > Open e-Manual

Good purchase

Although better than the regular smart TVs of 5-10 years ago, image quality has room for improvement, especially when using QLEDs as a benchmark.

Only complain is the upper left corner is a bit bright. May need to have it eventually replaced under warranty. Can’t quite figure out the screen stutter with the picture clarity settings either

Samsung has a few channels for you to browse through and a bunch of stuff on Demand that you can also watch. Great color and quality screen. Love it.

Thankfully best buy was able to refund and reorder the same one. Second time's the charm and it boots up beautifully. It has trouble connecting to google assistant but comes with 100+ free samsung channels.
