Love the tv and for the price its worth it only thing I wasn't a fan of is there mounting hardware i had to cut stuff to make it work

I love Samsung TV’s but whatever they did to the most recent generation makes the menu system rather slow to react. I have a previous version and it is quick to react. Other than that, it’s great!

I love my new Samsung tv! I needed help to understand all the features and pick the right one for me. The guys were very helpful.

At first, picture quality was amazing, by day 10 the picture was not as sharp or clear as it was out of the box. I also had an issue with the tv freezing on multiple occasions, which was not at all what I would expect from a new smart tv. Also, upon returning, a Best Buy member told me that a lot of Samsung TVs were being returned as the quality diminished over the years and they were using older chipsets that were not conducive to the times.

This was a great Christmas gift. I wanted the one remote which the series 8 came with. To me it’s a step up in quality of the user interface.

New TVs should work correctly out of the box for the first year. This TV didn't, but when it works it's very enjoyable. The LED picture quality is its best feature and so far there hasn't been an issue. It has more than enough presets to satisfy most people's tastes, but it also is very customizable. So far the software is buggy in only two ways that don't seem related: Randomly the TV turns itself off and at different times it randomly switches to TV sound vs. the selected theater sound system. In it's first month each bug has kicked in about six times.

I love my 2 65 inch Samsung tv’s my only regret is not buying the better model,because the picture would be better,but that’s on me.

I got this to replace an older 1080p Samsung 46", and it is great, I love all the smart features and Alexa integration. Really nice for the price!

Love this tv and its wifi connectivity. Delivered on time and with friendly service.

Have very much enjoyed this TV it was easy to get onto the wall mount and the access to internet and streaming services is great.

This is the best bang for the buck you can find. The quality and display are awesome. Samsung has been my go to brand for more than 15 years!

I bought this TV model# and it work for me only 3 years. The first year was ok and so far it just had software issues like unable to update or problem on apps. Later it got picture quality problem and in the year three it just turning on and off like crazy by itself. The problem happened right after finished extended warranty so samsung customer service didn’t want to take care of that. So I had to pay for technician and the guy told me the screen is defected and part is so expensive so it’s not worth to fix it. I paid $2400 for TV in that time plus warranty but now I have to dump it in trash.

Haier is an expensive microwave. The first one had an electrical issue and would just turn on randomly by itself. Best Buy replaced it with a new one and the 2nd one had dents on the stainless door frame.

I love this TV. I never owned a 4k TV before. But I have no complaints about this TV. Easy to wall mount. Light weight. Works well.

One of the best purchases so far! Very clear screen resolution and has really cool apps on it as well! Would highly recommend this series.

Samsung 65 inch TV purchase...I have always owned a Samsung TV and it was time to get a new one since my daughter took mine to her apartment.
