I purchased this as my first 4K television. Samsung products have been reliable for me historically as well as generally having good customer support and warranty. The unit has great picture quality for native 4K programs. Shows that are upscaled have some artifacts that are sometimes odd but not overly distracting. I’m not sure what the actual screen response time is since it’s rated as motion rate 120 and never actually says it’s 120Htz. Google search says this is a rating from the manufacturer and may not actually be 120Htz. The apps included (Prime Video and Netflix) are quick; they load faster on the tv than the devices I was using for streaming previously. It has 3 HDMI connection; one being the better 2.1. Since this is a smart TV it’s like a little computer and has a fan that runs endlessly. You can hear it when the TV has been off for hours, it’s not obnoxious but it’s noticeable in a quiet room. The SmartThings app allows you to control the TV from your smartphone or tablet.

It was time for a new tv, and we wanted to treat ourselves so why not?! We are so glad we got this model! It’s the perfect size! We love the clear 4K picture which is great for gaming and movie watching. It’s very easy to set up and use and it’s worth it. Great product!

This is a great TV that we bought at an amazing price. We actually didn't know what we were missing until it was installed and we could see the difference in the picture and ease of use. We love buying electronics from Best Buy because of their install and service plans.

I love this tv it sounds great and the picture is amazing I’ve had smart TVs but this one makes it easy with setting up and getting all your apps the remote is simple and easy to use it’s not one of those ones with a million buttons that you spend hours pushing

Having had a bad experience previously with a Samsung TV, I wasn’t in a big hurry to get another. Since Samsung is the only brand (the cable company claims) with which my cable service will work (without getting another box), I decided to give Samsung another try — no disappointment this time! Beautiful clear picture, volume capacity is very good (I’m hard of hearing), and I am a happy customer. My original plan was to get a bigger TV, but the price differential drove me to the 65” and I’m glad. It’s wall-mounted in a large room, but certainly an adequate size. The remote it sleek and simple (doesn’t have a gazillion buttons)...I don’t have it completely figured out yet, so maybe I’ll have to read the instructions at some point, lol. But I like that the buttons are multi-functional. For instance, the volume control is like a little bar which you push up for louder, down for softer, and tap down on for mute. Makes sense! If you’re in the market for a 65” screen, be sure to give this Samsung a shot!

Great Picture, good sound. Easy integration of peripherals. Perfect unit to cut the cable cord and stream content. The apps are intuitive, easy to add subscriptions. Clear Picture, I had to use ethernet to connect, as my router was capable of the high demand of 4K.

First bought the Hisense after reading the good reviews. Honestly that picture was not sharp. Those reviews must be from chinese bots. I returned it for this Samsung and am much happier with the picture. Yeah remote kinda sucks and apps lag a bit. But hey the picture is way better than the Hisense.

Impressed with the crisp and clear quality of the tv, especially for the price. I am not a fan of the 'smart remote'... maybe I am just too out of touch with technology... but luckily pretty much any Samsung TV remote will work with it, so we are just using the remote from our old one.

Amazing TV! got it because it has the e-Arc on it. something that is not really listed in the details. Amazing picture, great functionality, easy to control with the Samsung app, and best of all. This is the device that finally gave me Dolby Atmos!

Cons: The legs - miss the style of the heavy middle base. Pros: Clear images, quickness through menus, every app you can think of is loaded, and the ease from my phone to tv is awesome. Anyone can set this TV up; if they have issues, it is definitely operator error - haha.

Very happy with the TV. Great picture better than life like. Movies and sports are great it’s like being at a movie theater. You will not be disappointed with this set. It was an easy setup out of the box and looks great!

We're about a month in and the TV's great. It was relatively easy to set up, and my wife surprised me with a sound bar. The only problem so far is getting used to the remote. It's so streamlined that it's not yet intuitive. Sure I will get the hang of it's quirks eventually.

Having this new smart TV is great, as I personally didn't watch much cable TV anymore. It's a great system to watch Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime Video on. The picture quality is excellent and the colors are great for the price

Honestly, this TV would be worth the price just for the software and remote. It's the smallest, simplest remote I've ever had, yet it controls everything perfectly. When I set up the TV it just reached out and took control of my stereo receiver and Blu-Ray player on its own. There was a little bit of a hiccup the first time I used the Blu-Ray, but I got it straightened out pretty easily. The TV itself has a great picture, nice refresh rate and very good color separation. My only beef is that all of the movies look too good, even a lot of the old ones. They look super-clear, like video. You can choose the Movie picture setting, but that sort of defeats the point of getting a UHD TV. It looked great for sports right away, but movies and TV shows have taken some getting used to. I'm accustomed to it now and I have a new-found appreciation for the work of makeup artists and VFX crews.

Love it, great quality, I wish the remote had a mute button though, and everything on my old remotes for my Samusung didnt even need to be programmed to it not even my DirectTV needed programming. Be sure to be in a truck for it to fit when transfering

TV serves its purpose way by far. The family was surprised by the amount of new features this tv has and available for use. Especially the new ambient mode that can be used during quiet and relaxation time of the family. TV is worth way more than the price paid.

Display is nice. Volume could use a better sound quality to avoid purchasing a sound bar. Remote control lacks direction (e.i. Doesn’t say mute or how to use with TV apps. Had to call Samsung for help).

I was going to purchase a QLED 65 inch TV. But I settled for the LED TV. I am not a gamer but I love watching good movies. There are so many options and features on this TV for me to learn. Setting up was easy for a 67 year old man. I still have much to learn. Picture quality is great. Makes viewing so much more better.

Can't stop telling everyone how great of a value and tv this is. Its a smart TV , has all the apps and if you want to add more you can. It also includes Samsung tv programs which is great. The quality on the TV is amazing. Price is reasonable. 3 HDMI ports. Sound quality could be better. Ease of use is great. Program lag is very slim.

Love how easy it is to use and how quick the programs loads up. I really love the game mode on it as well its so clear and game moves more smoothly. The movies are so clear you can especially tell with movies that has dark background and settings.
