But if you are a gamer stay away. Games can't utilize hdr, also games that get played on this tends to get choppy and no its not the console

Good TV once you remove the bloatware

Bad IR on TV less than 1 month needs repair

Samsung sending service to home to repair. TV will turn on or of by itself. Volume up to max. Down to zero. Not the remote. Not the cable. Not a phone app. Should have seen the complaints on remote not working. Not the remote. Not battery in remote. It’s the IR onTV. 28 days. Bought 10/3/2020. Yuk. Let’s see what the repair is. Then I will review after. 11/1/2020

Good but has some glitches

The screen quality is very good. The fps is also very neat. 4k content looks decent. However, i have seen the in built app of prime video frequently running into issues of not able to stream. Also, the loading of in-built apps sometimes slows down. The prime video app glitch annoys me the most. Also the screen share of mac using airplay does have noticeable lag on the television. Does not bother me the most but is good to know for someone who uses it heavily.

I am sorry for the issue you are having with Amazon Prime. Samsung is aware of the error message, “Something went wrong,” and is working towards a solution.
In the meantime, please try power-cycling your TV:
1) Power off your TV using the remote or by pressing the power button on the TV.
2) Next, unplug your TV from the power source. If your TV is connected to a surge protector, power it off.
3) Wait 30 seconds, and then plug your TV back in.
4) Power on the TV using the remote or the power button.
