    Had Samsung TVs since flat screens came out. Always had good luck, Not with this one. Picture was not clear especially while watching sporting events. Image was ghosting quite a bit. Tried it for a week and returned it. Ended up buying las years model. It is great.....

    Don’t get a bb cc!

    Very happy with service at the store, however the bb cc people are horrible! My acct was not set up as 18 mos same as cash and trying to get that fixed was a nightmare! They were very unhelpful and rude. Store mgr. in Avon, oh was awesome and fixed it!

    I would not recommend this TV. We've had it for 2.5 years. Processor is slow for streaming, picture is jumpy with no way to fix.

    Love the Bluetooth voice activated remote

    Good tv all around. Only complaints are that the tv doesn’t get loud but you can connect to separate Bluetooth speaker and the tv loses internet connection often but Samsung has good customer support to help walk you through the issues.

    Decent picture, but there is way too much proprietary software. I ended up returning the TV because of all the preinstalled crapware that I couldn't get rid of.

    OK average everyday TV. Set ups not very user-friendly and the user menu is awkward. The TV does not actively seek the active HDMI input so it Has to be switched (every time it is turned on) from one source to another if streaming.

    The item good but the service sucks. One week to receive my item and i paid for delivery and they it in store. I live 5 minutes away drive 20 -30 minutes walk, i had to pick that it up myself. No recommendations for with delivery.

    I bought this TV for its size mostly. The sound isn’t that good hard to to get a sound bar. The picture in fast action movies and shows is still a little blurry. Bottom line is that it is good for the price I got it for at $500.

      You can select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences.
      You can further customize the sound with Expert Settings.
      Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings. Select Sound, and then select Expert Settings.

      Have you tried Auto Motion Plus? It is a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images.

      You can change Auto Motion Plus settings by following these steps:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen
      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
      3) Then you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      b) Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used
      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings:
      a) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting
      b) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn on/Off/Auto
      c) Noise Reduction: Select to turn Auto/Off

    It's an okay TV

    Had this TV for a while now and is having a little problem with the picture quality, turns green and blue from time to time. I've had to unplug this TV twice for it to start showing clearly but I don't think I spent my money to turn it on and off if there is any kind of problem with it. I haven't called geek squad yet because they might tell me the same thing to unplug it, I'm waiting to see if it happens again to have it fixed. I've also had a really old Samsung TV that worked great and lasted a very long time with no issues, the newer model TV's are having issues.
