My daughter bought is this tv over the weekend. We wall mounted it so it took a little work to get it installed. We also upgraded our sound bar to work with the Smart TV capabilities. The picture is great. The remote is slim and easily lost, but we have cable so we're using the one from the cable company anyway for most things. This lost a star though because we've noticed a delay between the audio on the soundbar and the tv. We've attempted adjustments in the tv but it just makes it worse. The native speakers are awful, so the soundbar is necessary. In doing some research on this issue, we found complaints about it dating back YEARS for Samsung TVs. It's a known issue and it seems each new Gen of this tv is suppose to finally have the "solution" to the problem, with many people saying to was supposed to be fixed with this Gen. It obviously wasn't. It's not a HUGE deal, but once you see it you can't unsee it. And there's no fix. So if you're watching a ballgame you won't notice it. If you're watching people speak, you will. We debated this tv or the TCL, which my daughter has, and went with this one because it was in stock at our closest store. It's a nice tv, but just beware about the sound issue. This was an upgrade from a 40" tv and it's massive. Good value, just that one issue that we hope will be addressed in any updates.

It has lasted since I got it pretty well just recently I started noticing black-looking dots. I have another Samsung tv and they have been good to me.

It was a solid tv and really useful but the power supply burnt out fast but that’s not on the tv but probably me. I would recommend a sound bar after a yea because the tv speakers do sound like they were giving out

It has been 4 years and it is still working very well. It replaced a Sony that broke down a little bit after the 2 year warranty expired.

I purchased this tv 4 years ago and still working like new.

I love it. It offers a array of different apps to watch from and it’s amazing for gaming

I like the screen with very small borders. The picture is very sharp. It has a lot of apps built-in as part of Smart TV.

Bright scenes are crystal clear and the sound quality is great… but the mid level to dark scenes are highly difficult to see, and sometimes oddly pixelated. We have used every picture adjustment setting and reset and tried again. Nothing worked. Tried for three years and it never improved.
