The TV is all that and a bag of chips, that's what the young people woud say. However, I'm crazy about this TV it's smart, clear, and large enough to see any were in the room. I'm glad I made this choice and would recommend this tv to those who are in the market for a grand picture and the amenities that go with this tv. It's true that I just brought this TV in November 2020. However the TV before this TV was a samsung and I had it for 30 years.

This TV is my best investments this year, not only is it huge, the images are crystal clear, it made me feel terrible about the images on my previous smart TV, setup was easy and it has Alexa built-in for easy integration. Of course like every other smart TV it has not the best sound output, had to get a new Polk sound system with the $65 rewards and $50 gift card they gave me. It has amazing features and just after I bought it, the price got jacked up by a 100 bucks.

Great color, vibrant, quality is excellent EXCEPT when watching Hulu. I wish I knew before I bought it that it does not work with Hulu. I’ve had a technician come out and replace the board and it still does not work with Hulu. Picture continues to blur on EVERY channel when using Hulu. Nobody told me that Samsung and Hulu did not work well together, even though it was on the box. Great with other apps but since I’m predominantly a Hulu (for local and News) watcher I can’t rate quality high.

This TV replaced a 55”. 65” is great screen size. Resolution & ease of use and set up is excellent.

My tv was easy to set up. Pic quality is amazing. Easy to use for someone who is not patient with new technology.

We ordered online for curbside pickup, the staff member brought it out and helped put it in my car. The packaging was strong unlike the other company we ordered from. You can tell Best Buy took good care of my TV, this product (65” Crystal ) is beautiful and was easy to set up. The features are perfect for shows, movies... in dark or bright rooms when the sun glare is at its brightest... the screen stays optimal and dark movies stays clear. We are enjoying it!!

Easy set-up. Sharp picture with life-like colors. Not crazy about the numberless remote. I have Dish so I use that remote for regular T.V. Still getting use to smart T.V.
