I bought this TV online during the pandemic, so I didn’t get to review in-store. Overall the picture quality is good, especially if you are a gamer. My only complaint is it’s a little slow to switch between apps — especially those not pre-programmed into the remote (ex: Hulu, AppleTV). Also the remote is SUPER sensitive to the touch. I’ve briefly bumped into it a few times while on the couch and had it switch between programs. Overall, wish I had the opportunity to try-out in store before purchasing, but generally happy with my decision.

Great tv only thing i would upgrade is the refresh rate. But i guess that why it is such a good deal. Beautiful picture and easy to set up.

High quality. Great device. Neat picture. The only thing I regret it's not buying a bigger one. Since all my gadgets are Samsung, they sync all together. Until now I haven't had any issue with it. Some apps are already installed and can not be removed which takes out some memory. It has a lot of APPS you can download and watch TV without any troubles. The remote has an incredible design.

First off let me say I made the transition from a 4K LG tv I bought in 2015 to this. During our walk through our local store the demo unit they had of this looked absolutely amazing. There was a little discount on this and we had a couple hundred dollars in rewards points to use so it made it a no brainer. Visually and functionally this TV is great! There is little to no input lag when using the remote which is something lesser quality TVs are plagued with. The visual are great, vibrant, and bright. The major issue, and I'm not sure why it does this, but this TV regularly drops it's internet connectivity when connected through wifi. Ive spent many hours trying to trouble shoot this. The tv has up-to-date firmware. I bought a new router and modem also. I initially only had the tv connected to the router and a day later had the same issue. Turn on the tv and no internet. At this point when you have no wifi to the tv you can can forget the saved wifi but reconnecting doesn't help. You can refresh the Mac and ip address turn off the tv but no matter what you do it will not connect. You have to physically unplug the tv then plug it back in and Voila it works for hours or maybe days until I needs to be unplugged again. Not sure if this just an issue with my set or if this is a known issue but it's very annoying.

Easy to use, nice picture only thing is I can’t seem to get the sound rite. But I’m sure it is me.
