Setup did not take to long and I was able to get my Direct TV and DVD systems hooked up without any trouble. I did not feel it warranted a 5 rating as the picture is not quit as clear as my older non 4K was. Love the voice remote and the ability to use my "Alexa app" to switch channels, change volume, or just to ask questions as I'm watching TV. Like those times ya just gotta know what other shows a particular actor played in. ha ha

Great TV!

The only slight downside is the volume isn't very loud. I have a speaker bar so it doesn't really affect me, but without it I have to watch shows at a high volume to hear all of the dialogue. Beautiful picture and excellent for gaming.

65 inch Samsung tv

Color is good, the realistic movement is preaty cool. Its almost loke your right there. Remote is taking sometime to get use to, small but does everything. TV speaker is not that good, so i bought a Samsung sound bar & subwoofer. That did the trick sounds great now and remote works both tv and sound bar.

I had gone in to get a price match for The same product on Amazon. Low and behold, they had the exact same TV at the same price as Amazon, but I got to take it home that day! The only negative I have is the sound on the TV, but what can you expect from a TV that’s like, a half inch wide! Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Nice TV

An hour or so late but they communicated with us as to the actual delivery time. Guys were courteous and efficient. We purchased the “smart” TV and the picture, etc. is excellent. The only problem was when we called to set up a time for Geek to set it up for us, we were told no times were available and to call back later. We purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan so we’re surprised by the response. We are Ttempting to set the programming up ourselves.
