Good, but..

But the sound is lacking depth. Hopefully a soundbar will help. However, the remote control is the worst! The remote’s audio interaction is very inconsistent and (I’m still trying to figure out how not having numbers on the remote makes it better.) The remote really steals the overall satisfaction we have with the tv.

Select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences.
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings.
Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings. Select Sound, and then select Expert Settings.

Cant tell you how much we enjoy are new tv. The geek squad did a very good job. They were very professional. They also talked us thru the whole set-up. We also had them install the copier. Works very good and easy to understand.

The brightness is pretty decent. The blacks are pretty dark. The only things that I don't like about it are the weird shape of the remote and the sometimes laggy user interface. I haven't had any of the problems out of this one that I have had out of my Vizio.

The Geek Squad set up all the controls for the picture and it is perfect in our setting. Excellent purchase. Everyone in the family has commented on what a great picture the tv has.

This Samsung has a great picture but not quite as good as the Vizio . Quality of Vizio doesn’t compare to Samsung . I will stay with Samsung for quality .
