We were a little bit apprehensive about ordering a TV for delivery but it arrived without a hitch and we couldn't be more pleased. Great quality and the picture clarity is unreal. We've always had good luck with Samsung products and this is likely the best TV we've ever owned.

Great TV for a decent price. This TV (Samsung UN65TU8000) was recommended by Consumer Reports and it lived up to the recommendation. Great picture, good HDR, and you can view it from the side or straight on. Best Buy on Fairfield Road has a quick and efficient pickup. Ordering was easy.

Love this TV, the picture is great and surprisingly the sound is as well. I don’t use a sound bar or any separate speakers. The remote is kind of cool but I’m old school and like more buttons. It’s also nice that you can install plenty of other apps such as Apple TV, HBO Max, etc.

Like the big screen. Still getting used to it and learning the controls. Very happy with it. The guys who came to install it were very nice. Actually Sean had to come back the next day to set it up since he couldn't set up the apps since Samsung site had some technical issues

I absolutely love this TV! Now one of the reasons why I love it so much is because I did get the Sonos bar and I had it mounted on the wall. The quality of the picture is fantastic, the sound is fantastic and I love the free Samsung free channels and watch it all of the time in the background

Have had this for about 2 weeks now and am enjoying the picture; I like the newer 'home' menu; the biggest quirk is how the tv seems to 'lose' it's source almost daily--it takes just a few minutes to again tell it to use Directv and it's fine but this should not happen. Overall, a great tv

Samsung makes the best screens but this is the budget version and is still fantastic. Chose a larger screen over the better screen. I don't regret it. Tizen operating system is the best in the biz. It starts up quickly and getting to what you want to watch is super fast. The guide is awesome! I can find recommendations based on what I like from Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney+.

This TV has the best picture. When my husband was watching football he could see the grass blades. The color and picture is so clear. We have it wall mounted and we are so glad we did. This it is just a little above eye level and we don't get a lot of glare from lights in the room.

Image is crystal clear only problem I have is the refresh rate could be better.

I love this TV. I’m not a gamer or tech savvy, I enjoy good movies. It does everything I need it to do and when used with a 4K player and 4K hdmi cord, the picture quality is too notch! Love it! The only complaint is the volume is not very high, it may be fine for some but I actually invested in a surround sound because lack of volume. The surround sound makes it perfect.

I only buy Samsung, the $200 more for Series 8 is well worth the money!!! Crisp and clear picture. With all Samsung TVs the sound stinks, you have to turn up the volume higher but adding a surround sound makes a Huge difference!!!

The first one we received was broken (screen shattered on bottom right corner). Best Buy was great and did a return exchange immediately. Once we got a non-damaged we like it, picture is good, but not as good as in-store (seriously is there a secret I’m missing, seems like every TV is like that). There is a bit of a lag in the remote to TV response, but overall it’s a nice TV

We have always owned Sony tv's, but due to current circumstances, they were sold out. After viewing the limited models on display, we chose a Samsung Crystal UHD. Easy to set up and a great picture, we have had no problems in the first months of ownership. For the price we would recommend.

This is a pretty good TV. The OS works well except the bar needs instructions on how to move apps around. I had to guess and figure it out (you longpress enter on the app and then it allows you to move it around) but otherwise crystal clear, fast switchin when my ps4/ps5 turns on. It was worth the 700 bucks I paid for it. -1 Star for lack of HDMI 2.1

purchased this tv to replace a 55" samsung I moved to a different area of the house. Used the Geek Squad to mount and install it. They were great. The picture quality is excellent and the size is appropriate for the room it is in. Features make streaming sites easily accessible.

Needed to replace an old DLP big screen. Looked online at options. Made an appointment - within 30 minutes, I was walking out the door. Had delivered and setup - wonderful service. The guys who did the setup did everything. Couldn't have been better. Very pleased. Easy to use.

This unit replaced a previous 60" unit, which lasted 8 years. The new one has a superior picture when compared to the old one. It is mounted outdoors on a wall in an outdoor kitchen area. It is underneath a roofed area so it doesn't get wet. So far, so good.

Best quality I have ever had in a TV. We are switching our Vizios for Samsung. the image is better than 3D at the movie theater. I am watching quantico on Netflix and on some scenes it seem so real, especially the shooting scenes. it look like the bullets are coming at me.
